ASPUR, as a publisher, promotes best practices in open-access publishing while fully adhering to the ethical guidelines recommended by COPE.

We strongly believe in open science and the principle that scientists—rather than profit-driven entities or large corporations—should lead research and publication efforts in the academic publishing landscape.

We support free publishing and therefore do not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs).

Our work is funded through modest membership fees from ASPUR members, as well as donations and project support available to non-profit NGOs and scientific organizations funded by EU programs and national governments.

Our editors maintain complete independence in their editorial work, and ASPUR does not interfere with their decisions.

We are committed to growing and advancing our vision.

Open Access

ASPUR follow a open access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International public license. Submitted manuscripts are peer-reviewed by the Editorial Board and 2 "blind peer" reviewers before acceptance for publication.
