The Association for Scientific Publishing and Research - ASPUR is a non-profit association dedicated to technological and business development and the advancement of technological and business innovations related to different scientific fields.

ASPUR brings together professionals, scientists, and researchers engaged in the development of new and the application of existing knowledge in industrial and organizational systems with idea to contribute to concept of open access publishing and open science.

ASPUR core purpose is to foster technological and busiess innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity.

ASPUR will be important to technical, business and academic community and be universally recognized for the contributions of providing open acces to scientific results and free publishing.

ASPUR strives to achieve the highest standards of integrity and endeavors to conduct business around the world in a responsible and ethical way. It is important that those who act on the organization's behalf ensure ASPURS's compliance by adhering to the same standards and expectations.

Our members are academics and researchers from various scientific fields. The number of members exceeds 400. ASPUR membership offers access to technical innovation, cutting-edge information, networking opportunities, and exclusive member benefits as well as oportunity to direct global scientific researches and contribute to the concepts of open science and open access publishing (Membership).

ASPUR is primarily funded through membership dues, publication sales, conferences, and donations. ASPUR also receives funding through grants, domestic and international projects, sponsorships, and other partnerships.

ASPUR initial organizational meeting was held on November 18^th, 2022.
The first ASPUR annual meeting was held on March 10^th, 2023, in Kragujevac, Serbia

The second ASPUR annual meeting was held on May 17^th, 2024, in Belgarde, Serbia
The third ASPUR annual meeting was held on May 21^st, 2025, in Tivat, Montenegor
The fourht ASPUR annual meeting has been scheduled for May 2026, Kenitra Morocco
