In accordance with its Statute, the Association for Scientific Publishing and Research (ASPUR) operates as a non-profit scholarly organization with a primary focus on scientific publishing and dissemination of research results. ASPUR may:


• Organize scientific and professional seminars, workshops, and continuing education activities aimed at advancing knowledge in relevant academic and professional fields.
• Organize national and international scientific conferences with a clear peer-reviewed publication component.
• Publish peer-reviewed scientific contributions of its members and affiliated researchers in journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly publications.
• Develop, manage, and publish academic journals in engineering, management, information technologies, and related disciplines, either independently or in collaboration with recognized academic or publishing institutions.
• Engage in collaborative research and development activities with academic, scientific, and industrial partners, provided that such cooperation remains aligned with ASPUR’s non-profit scientific mission and does not compromise editorial independence.
• Participate in national and international research projects that contribute to scientific advancement, innovation, and knowledge dissemination.
